Dr. Andrea Peda, DVM, MS

Dr. Andrea Peda has been involved with co-teaching for the UF online Shelter Medicine program since 2017 when she completed her Master’s in Shelter Medicine. She is a 2009 graduate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She currently resides in St. Kitts and works as a faculty member at Ross University teaching shelter medicine and small animal surgery to preclinical veterinary students. Dr. Peda has a true passion for teaching shelter medicine to students, promoting animal welfare and wellness to the community, and empowering students and community members to help make a difference.
